“A FAIR AND IMPORTANT PLATFORM FOR WEAVERS, BUT PROBLEMATIC IMAGES. The platform GoCoop offers for authentic handloom weaving is extremely important and essential. Their pricing also is absolutely correct. However, real improvement has to be made to the product images. ALL the saris I selected are a different shade in real life compared to their online images. This is really problematic for an online retail site and needs to be corrected urgently!e.g. a sari I chose looks mustard colour online and is really marigold orange. Another sari base colour looked beige-light brown and turned out to be quite a dark grey.”

“Just placed my second order and am more than happy to pay shipping and 20pc import duties AND wait over 3 weeks for the order to arrive in London, UK. Wonderful artisanal and original designs stemming from an outstanding business concept to support weavers and crafts people.Service excellent - I am already planning my 3rd order. “Item booked on 16th of june...after passing 19 days, still item is in transit...during order, it was mentioned delivery will be within 4-6 days... Request you to please make fair display of your product delivery, enabling customer to evaluate occassion versus the actual arrival date of gift.”
