“Customer service is good but resolving a customer's problems is not satisfactory. I bought an Assam mulberry silk, as written on site, but I received the sari without the Silk Board's original certification that the quality has been verified. This disappointed me.”

“I had ordered a quilt from GoCoop. The piece was exquisite with very neat stitching. The item was packaged so well that even if it had been dropped in a lake it would not have got damaged! I will definitely buy again from GoCoop!”

“Not very happy with the stuff.... They looked bit dull than the image....... Colour is also coming onto lighter clothes while wearing... So can't imagine what's going to happen when I wash it.....”
