“Interesting collection. The no-return-unless-damaged policy is a deterrant. One cannot make out the texture and fall by looking at a photo. Customers must be allowed to return if they do not like the texture of the saree.”

“With handlooms the color sometimes looks completely different when actually delivered. I requested an exchange of a dupatta for another colour but they declined. I felt disappointed.”
