“Horrible service took 3 weeks to get here and when it did the custom logo was folded around the phone cover, no one replied to email no refund nothing!”

“The poorest quality phone case arrived for my new expensive iPhone Xs max! Flimsy and cheap and frankly not worth a fraction of the £13.99 I paid! Poor quality image look like it had been just stuck on with a sticker - so my advice is go elsewhere if you want quality!! Contacted their customer services and was fobbed off as “it was personalised” ... considering that’s the whole them of their company that’s a poor excuse.. I was offered a 20% discount voucher To purchase a further inferior quality case — win win for go customised! All they care about is £ and clearly not the satisfaction of their customers or even their reputation- so people avoid at all costs or alternatively pop Down your local market and pick up something cheaper and of better quality!”

“Awful company. Used them so often and never had a fault but when my case was faulty got nothing but lied to. Replacement was in progress then it had been despatched then in progress then despatched then couldn't be made then tried to say if only paid £6 and id used a voucher. Eventually had to open a PayPal dispute to get my £22 back”

“ordered a custom iPad case, it fit great the first time! art was amazing and shipping was fast. The quality was up to standard, and the customer service was great. I can't imagine ordering the wrong case, then threatening a company with bad review spam to get a refund for my own incompetence! That would make my reviews look ridiculous and petty. Overall, highly recommend this company and will definitely order from them again.”
