“This is a rip off. I would give a zero if I could. It's very cheap to make and over priced. A $4.99 case with a sticker on it for $29.99 if I would have known I would not have gotten it at all. Not sealed nothing just a gloss sticker..”

“Terrible, terrible service. I had a Bible verse that I wanted on a case that was rather long. The draft on their site showed all of the text, but when the product showed up (3 weeks after it "shipped") the text was cut off on both edges. I asked for a full refund and went back and fourth with their "service" for a few days explaining that the product received did not at all match the product order. Ultimately I was given a choice between store credit for the item, or a 50% refund.”

“Terrible customer service. After they said they ship my order and it said it arrive to my Regional USPS facility in NJ . It went back to Massachusetts. You try to go thru with Company and nothing all they have is an automated service that answer your questions. If i can give a zero star i will”

“ORDERED A CUSTOM PHOTO PHONE CASE FOR MY HUSBAND ON 3RD DECEMBER, NOW 4TH JANUARY AND NEVER RECEIVED. ALL IS SAYS IS 'DESPATCHED' WHEN I LOOK UP THE ORDER ONLINE. I HAVE SENT AN EMAIL, SO I AM WAITING TO SEE IF THEY EVER RESPOND BUT NOT HOLDING ANY HOPES. WAS A CHRISTMAS PRESENT SO EVEN WORSE THAT THEY DON'T DELIVER WHEN PROMISED.”

“I ordered a mini and just minutes later I noticed it was the wrong case and when I emailed then to cancel they said it was the wrong email so I ordered another one to actually fit my phone. Now I have no tracking number. I want a refund on the mini, but I am thinking this is a scam. So this is $70.00 I am out since I couldn't get a hold of them and I guess because I was stupid for ordering the second one, and I have not received either one of them after 3 weeks. No tracking no either.”

“Product has not arrived on time, and all I get back are robot emails now acknowledging the issue, so I have no way of knowing if it will arrive or whether I will get a refund. AWFUL customer service. No way of contacting a real person. They take your money and do not deliver.”

“Horrible customer service. I ordered a custom phone case and never got any notice of shipping so I contacted customer service. First they said it was delayed, then when I complained again a week or so later, they said the shipper lost it. When I asked for a refund and for them to cancel my order, they refused, instead offering me a coupon on my next order (why would I order again!?). It has been a month since I ordered and I still have not received my case, though they claim it is on its way. I will NEVER use them again.”

“Bought a soft case with custom art for my Samsung S8. The product came a few days later but print was offset AND tilted strangely. Upon contacting customer service and explaining to them (with pictures that I took), they refused to acknowledge the mistake and blamed me for uploading it wrongly. The only offer was a coupon for 25% discount for another purchase. Not only is that insulting but useless as I will not buy anything from there again. NOT RECOMMENDED”

“The poorest quality phone case arrived for my new expensive iPhone Xs max! Flimsy and cheap and frankly not worth a fraction of the £13.99 I paid! Poor quality image look like it had been just stuck on with a sticker - so my advice is go elsewhere if you want quality!! Contacted their customer services and was fobbed off as “it was personalised” ... considering that’s the whole them of their company that’s a poor excuse.. I was offered a 20% discount voucher To purchase a further inferior quality case — win win for go customised! All they care about is £ and clearly not the satisfaction of their customers or even their reputation- so people avoid at all costs or alternatively pop Down your local market and pick up something cheaper and of better quality!”
