“Update, the company CLAIMS I never responded but I have not only video proof that I did but also emails from the company optometrist. I responded in a timely manner and they never got back to me in response. I called several times and was told they would be escalating the matter and would CALL me and they have not done so. I returned the item back to the person who sent them to me and the company is denying my refund claiming I need to get the item inspected by a third party. They claim they don't come from China but I have the original images and purchase printout with the AWB tracking from Hong Kong, China. They are forcing me to pay for items that did not match my prescription and that have been returned. This company needs to be stayed away from. They mess up and their call centers and email response teams don't forward info so they can pretend you made it all up and block refunds. No one answers emails or phones. They sent the wrong prescription and the items were completely unusable. It was like looking through binoculars backwards and blurry. The company tells me all sales are final and when I call and give them my order number they hang up on me. Even when they mess up completely you have to take the financial hit because they are importing the goggle lenses from Shanghai China”

“I liked that the lenses fit the goggles and provided the correction I needed for short sightesness. The problem I have is that in a ski accident they were quite unforgiving. Ended up with a black eye 6 stitches, brain heamorrhage and being unconscious because of the right eye lens force from a face plant (caused by a malfunction in binding at 50mph). Without the lens the worst case would have been a dislocated shoulder”
