About a 2-3 week turn around time, which is normal for RX eyewear. And I love the products. I ordered a pair of glasses with the RX insert as well as a goggle insert. I love the glasses! And the RX inserts have been life changing!”

The production time took 10 days, which, though within the time of 5-10 days as promised, was longer than I had experienced before. Express delivery was also within stated times. In all it was a good experience, but perhaps a bit disappointing, since production and delivery had been so quick the first time. Also, please improve on the response time to the live chat feature.”

Update 7/24/23: the buckle broke on one side of the strap, perhaps due to rough usage on the part of our grandson, and they replaced it immediately at no charge.
