“They are a caring company that tried their best at getting a replacement new glasses when the one I ordered got broken putting the lens in place and its immediate replacement was not available. They let me purchase a more expensive glasses at the price of the broken one. I did have trouble with an insert Rx piece breaking around one lens after about 2 years on a previous pair I had purchased. The Rx's have been spot on and the clarity of the glasses has been great.”
“Hello, I purchased the Icarus Heart sports goggles for my daughter. She is 10 and a catcher and first baseman on travel softball team. Her optomologist wouldn't allow her to get contacts so we decided to buy these. I know that some fog is to be expected because of how the frames fit but she had so much that the goggles were literally DRENCHED within minutes of her going on the field. I believe she is just extra hot and being a catcher it makes it worse. We determined that this was just not the right fit for us. GogglesNmore were VERY accommodating. Their customer service has been exceptional. I am currently waiting on a full refund. I do not like to return things but since I paid so much money, and these not working well for my daughter, I returned them a few days ago. So far so good on exceptional service. I'm not sure how long the refund takes, but I appreciate how well the service has been so far. The goggles were exceptional. We did the HD lenses and you could see out of them great until they fogged up. I recommend this company. Thank you for the great customer service.”
