“Unfortunately the clothes I ordered were not the right size and I had to send them back. There was a delay with my refund but I emailed them and to be fair they sorted it out pretty quickly.”

“Jacket is definitely waterproof and stretchy, doesn’t impede your swing at all. Used for 3 rounds over three days in Wales so far, two of which were in torrential rain. Only slight downside was water went down the back of my neck as no hood but then i only wore a baseball cap rather than a bucket hat”

“The light green t.shirt is very good quality and the colour is lovely, easy to order and quick delivery, The reason for 4 stars is because the logo appears on the chest in photo but is actually on the back just under the collar, Also the size guide isn't correct the measurements are out by a few sizes, resulting in me buying a t.shirt that is 2 sizes to big !! I have returned it, the postage was free and i recieved a refund quickly.”

“Amazing range of golf apparel, always one of my first options especially as I live under armour. But your website is seriously slow, doesn’t matter if I’m on WiFi, mobile data, iPhone, tablet, computer at work. It is the one thing that lets you guys down. Just seems to take forever to load”

“Item not delivered. Evri notification said it was delivered at 10.09p.m. at night, but the photograph was blank and the map showed it was dropped somewhere else. The usual Evri driver is excellent but the Evri system is poor in comparison to its competition. Informed Evri and awaiting reply. UPDATE: Usual driver delivered today. Item taken back to depot last night instead of being delivered. Now happy.”

“Overall happy shopping experience. Items arrived when they said they would and good communication with order updates. Although the returns process was super easy there has been zero communication about the returned items being received or any notification that a refund is being processed. Im over the 10 quoted days (albeit including wkends) but still, shouldn’t take that long. Couple of days after receiving the items back, max.”

“Great service, I had a few problems with sizes so the free returns service was a bonus as was the free 48hour delivery. The only slight down side was when requesting a part refund for returned items I was told they could not refund to the credit card I paid with, although they did say this was a temporary glitch in the system, to resolve this they left a credit on my account which I have already spent on another purchase. Other than this, service, prices and quality of goods could not be faulted.”

“I like the baseball cap/golf cap which I purchased from them. It has a good quality for its price which was only £14. However, I'll only give 4 stars due to the wrong info given to me regarding the delivery of my order. They sent me an email saying my order has been shipped but when I called them to check a few days later, they've just shipped the item that time I called.”
