“5 stars for the quality of the product range, prices & website. Had to knock off a star for very average responses to a product enquiry via email. Maybe I should have just phoned. Regarding the generous returns policy, Golfbase should perhaps consider that not everyone has access to a printer. Would be better to include a returns label in the parcel - just in case. UPDATE: Good advice on the use of the QR code for returns. I assume that option is described somewhere?”

“Although there was a lot of choice on cost and price for these shoes delivery was an issue. Golfbase were able to deliver the shoes within 48 hrs at a cost comparable to all the others when factoring in delivery costs. So in these times I will take that as good service”

“The order was in a good packaging and according to the description. It took quite a long time to arrive. With a shorter delivery it would have been a 5 stars. => I recommend”

“Great service generally, but you have to keep tabs on any refunds due because several times recently they’ve failed to make the refund until I’ve chased them up. Having said that, they’ve always sorted out the refund quickly after I’ve reminded them.”

“Great jacket, I do wonder if all the online golf stores are actually the same ultimate business, as they all have uncannily common prices, even in the sales. Unfortunately delivery was significantly delayed due to Royal Mail being utterly useless. Golfbase handling of the delay was good, but until they ditch Royal Mail, I will not use Golfbase again. Personal policy going forward is not to order from any business that uses Royal Mail”
