“Ordered golf shorts. Good price and good communication but didn’t realize they were coming from out of UK when I ordered them. Shorts were good but I haven’t tested the returns process. The delivery, whilst within the stated time, was a bit slow due to international postage. Would use again but would only but items that I knew I would not need to return”

“Great company to deal with. Good choice at reasonable prices. Would’ve given 5 stars but bought a golf bag, returned but not covered by foc return so cost me £12. Will always use them but be careful next time what is covered by foc return.”

“I still haven't received the item Update* I had originally given a 1 star review based on delivery. It would seem the fault lies with the courier and not golfbase. I contacted golfbase directly who were extremely helpful with the situation. It shouldn't take nearly 2 weeks to deliver an item but I understand that sometimes these things are out of their control. Review increased for customer service response. If I was sent a new item or refund, this would have been 5 star.”
