“I still haven't received the item Update* I had originally given a 1 star review based on delivery. It would seem the fault lies with the courier and not golfbase. I contacted golfbase directly who were extremely helpful with the situation. It shouldn't take nearly 2 weeks to deliver an item but I understand that sometimes these things are out of their control. Review increased for customer service response. If I was sent a new item or refund, this would have been 5 star.”

“The product price and shipping costs were decent as well as their turn around time to let me know it was shipped. Would have liked a tracking number and no ETA was sent with the shipping notification. Item arrived internationally in under 2 weeks. Local country taxes were due on delivery but that is normal for out of country parcels. Box had minimal damage. Unit turned on and is charging. Will need to wait a few months for the courses to open back up so I fully test out the device.”
