“Excellent service from Golfbase. I ordered a product and the delivery company, EVRI, completely failed to deliver it properly and very quickly returned the product to Golfbase without me being advised ! I contacted Golfbase who replied to me very quickly and resent the product via Royal Mail which I received promptly. Impressed.”

“Unfortunately the jacket I ordered arrived slightly different to that which was advertised. I contacted them to explain the issue and as I bought the jacket for a trip I didn’t have time to return it or exchange. Customer service team helped and offered me a part refund so although not the exact jacket I wanted, I saved some more on what was a reasonably priced item. Five stars if it was the jacket advertised that I got. Thank you”

“Good quality, fast delivery. I would recommend using a different delivery firm though as Evri left it for all and sundry to see and potentially steal.”
