“The garments are ok. The prices too. The time of delivery was too long. Almost 3 weeks from Germany to Spain ? Thank you”

“Overall happy shopping experience. Items arrived when they said they would and good communication with order updates. Although the returns process was super easy there has been zero communication about the returned items being received or any notification that a refund is being processed. Im over the 10 quoted days (albeit including wkends) but still, shouldn’t take that long. Couple of days after receiving the items back, max.”

“I was looking for a particular pair and size of Footboy golf shoes, which Golfbase had in stock. The shoes were delivered quickly and were a good fit. What attracted me to Golfbase was the free returns, if required. I know it's a cost to the business, of which a percentage, I'm guessing, is included in the cost of the items. Psychologically though, it makes it easier to return goods.”

“I had a problem with a product I purchased (after 1 wear a Gilletts material was bobbling) and golf base were fantastic. Gave me the option of returning for an exchange, or for a full refund. I choose the refund, but then purchased a slightly different product which I absolutely love. Thanks for the great customer service!”
