“Ordered glove gloves but had to return as too small. I was given a free return label with my order so that was easy. Then ordered the correct size and by the time they arrived I had already been refunded for the returned gloves. I thought that very efficient. Rob”

“Bought shoes, shoes were faulty, at first refused to exchange, then after numerous communications agreed, then despite that, and ticking their form for a replacement, and a covering note for a replacement, they refunded and refused to replace Hadn't used them. In years, won't use again.”
