“excellent service prompt delivery product as described entirely satisfied”

“Although the purchase process was designed to be simple (you either pay by credit card or PayPal), my experience was a bit different. Firstly, I tried to pay by Revolut (to avoid paying exchange rate commissions to my Portuguese Bank) but golfbase told me that previously experienced problems with other clients and requested me to pay by PayPal. I attended their request and tried to pay by PayPal. Secondly, I experienced problems with Paypal. This time PayPal did not pay the bill because of internal problems, completely random to me. Lastly, I ended to pay with my Portuguese credit card and therefore had to pay exchange commissions because the site, although you change the coin to your local, the system still bill you in pounds. The shipping process went very well.”

“I think the range of products, and pricing is great. Unfortunately I received an item with a zip that failed after very little wear. Customer service was fantastic. I mailed the item back at no charge, and quickly received a refund. I have made further purchases since, and would recommend Golfbase.”

“The light green t.shirt is very good quality and the colour is lovely, easy to order and quick delivery, The reason for 4 stars is because the logo appears on the chest in photo but is actually on the back just under the collar, Also the size guide isn't correct the measurements are out by a few sizes, resulting in me buying a t.shirt that is 2 sizes to big !! I have returned it, the postage was free and i recieved a refund quickly.”

“Great trousers why pay your pro shop prices when you can get the same quality at a more reasonable price. They fit like a dream and feel really cool in the warm weather. Delivery was quick and hassle free I would highly recommend this company.”
