“I cannot speak highly enough, of the kindness and support that Caitlin, Audrey and Shirley portrayed throughout the process, to put our beloved Roxy to sleep and to return her ashes to us on Australia Day. Ladies, thank you for the kindness that you showed and the respect shown to Roxy, in her final hour. We will be forever grateful to you all. THANK YOU ALL! 💕💕💕”

“I cannot recommend Goodbye Good Dog more highly based on our experience. Our beloved and faithful companion Barney was released from this earth after 18 years of life, love and adventure. He died so peacefully under the frangipani tree in our backyard. It was his time to go after a life well lived and well loved. Goodbye Good Dog were seamless, kind and compassionate in coordinating all aspects of Barney 'earning his angel's wings' from my initial phone enquiry through to booking the next day. The vet who came to our house was so gentle and loving to Barney, and his precious body was collected efficiently, cremated and returned to us in a timber box with his name 'Barney' engraved on a nameplate. We could not have asked for more. Barney passed away gently and peacefully and for that we are so thankful.”

“The vet who took care of our beloved 18yo girl was very kind, patient and understanding. A seamless process during a difficult time. Goodbye Good Boy also sent us chocolates and the picture their graphic artist made was beautiful and will be cherished forever. Highly recommend this service.”

“Our vet and vet assistant made saying goodbye to our precious Zoe and Molly a touch easier. From the comfort of our own home our girls peacefully slept away and we were supported with the whole process our daughter aged 11 was able to be there and witness the kindest goodbye to her pets she’d known her entire life. The process was simple and allowed our family time to process and peace of mind that this was the right time and thing to do for our pets.”

“Goodbye Good Boy were a blessing to our family at the hardest time ever for us. We can’t thank Caitlin enough for being so patient and kind when arranging everything for our beautiful boy Bowzer. Dr Sherif was so compassionate, gentle and understanding when he came to give our boy his wings. He took the time to make sure we understood what would happen and what options we had. And it was so beautiful to see Bowzer make one last friend in Dr Sherif before he passed. Bowzer knew he was a good person. Everything Goodbye Good Boy did for our family meant so much to us and we will never forget it. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts - love from the Low family xx”

“The team at GBGB took care of everything during this difficult time from Jasmyn who answered the phone and all my emails to the bet and person who picked up my baby and delivered him home. They did everything to bring him home on what would have been his birthday. They made things so easy and simple and were so empathetic throughout. Would highly recommed for anyone making this transition with their pet.”

“It was nice to organise the Vet for us and do all the necessary things at home. I am glad that I found the service. I prefer to have my dog's portrait with his smile which I want to remember his cheeky side rather than sad side. The artist did what he can do.”

“This was one-of the hardest decisions we had ever had to make having our dog Teddy for almost 17 years. Goodbye good boy made it so much easier for us to handle our grief. They made us feel at ease. Worth paying for this service. Would highly recommend.”

“Goodbye Good Boy were fantastic when the time came to farewell our fur baby. They were extremely patient and waited until we were ready every step of the way. The staff were very friendly and professional from the very first phone call to our last. We were kept up to date with what was happening with our beautiful boy, and when he was ready to return home, he was hand delivered to us at home. Thank you to all the team at Goodbye Good Boy”

“Unparalleled care, compassion, and support. Service beyond compare. My girl crossed the rainbow bridge on Boxing Day, and staff were available immediately to discuss next steps (through the tears). I cannot recommend this service highly enough.”
