Sincere apologies for this issue. Due to supply issues with Whole Brazil Nuts currently, our warehouse have replaced in your order, with Chopped Brazil Nuts. The origin is the same, and purposely chopped for easier snacking.

“I’ve been ordering from here for a while, absolutely love the pecans as I’ve recently found out due to intolerances they’re one of only nuts I can now eat and this place has yummy ones, but not been keen on random substitutions.
I’ve recently had a large portion (over £25 worth of goods) missing from my last order. I got a reasonably quick response to initial contact requesting pictures etc and since then nothing. I’ve email 2-3 more times over last 2 weeks and no response. It seems to be since I informed them 7 out of the 8 bags of 100gm pecan bags were missing! I’m currently contacting payment provider to see if I can do anything that way, if not I’ll be escalating issue as from what I’ve read, this could become a legal matter.
Shame really as up until now I’ve ordered regularly and been a loyal customer. I’ve tried to be patient but the customer service is appalling.”
