“Ordered on 29th November and although today is the 10th December,?I still have not received my order. I’ve emailed twice and am told it’s with Royal mail.
I can see in the Royal Mail tracking that it hasn’t been received by them yet.
I’m beginning to wonder if Good Food Delivered is a legit company……
Sadly my guests who I had ordered the food for have left.

“I have ordered from this company many times in the past and spent a lot of money with them without finding any cause for complaint. However two of the bags of cashew nuts from my last order contained more crushed bits of nuts as opposed to a whole casual nuts which I complained about and submitted a photograph. I had an acknowledgement to my email and I was told that the matter would be investigated and I would be contacted further. Needless to say I have not heard anything since and I’m hugely disappointed with The customer service.”
“My paecel was not delivered post office sent it back saying it was damaged then said I had refused it what a load of untruths. Now goodfooddelivered wants me to pay postage to have it redelivered. As I have never seen the parcel on principle I refuse to pay a redilevry fee. I needed this parcel for Friday 13 dec. They say the problem has been sent to manager to decide what to do. If it is not received by Friday I would like my money refunded and not use them again. This is a shame as I have used them in the past and their products are good”

“Highly of the best standard packing and delivery time. food quality is top standard. I have a limited budget, so it is always difficult not to go over my budget, even with the costs as low as they are. You only get the best from GoodFood. It is not about buying (low quality). It's purchasing quality at an affordable cost. A little can stratify one's pallet.”
