"I bought 10 3-wick candles and they all arrived intact. They looked and smelled great until you lit them. The wicks will not hold the flame causing the wax to melt unevenly. They bring a lot of soot and halfway, smelled like burn. I got them on sale and that must be the reason why they were defective."

"Customer service is absolutely awful now! I genuinely like their candles, but placed an order for $114 and when I used apple pay it used an old address. I sent an email minutes after placing my order when I saw it and an automated response sent me a $10 invoice to change address\u2019s. Clearly it hadn\u2019t been packaged or shipped that quickly. I sent multiple emails with no responses, then got one the next day following up asking for the $10."
