You didn't make me happy 1st of all , I ordered 2 and a half weeks before Christmas and it's still going to be late, 2. now I have to pivot to something else on the special day. 3. it's shameful you made sure you got paid first but where are my items. 4. tighten up in your shipping department it's poor customer service to take 2+ weeks at the holiday to deliver anything .

Their candles smell good, but customer service needs to improve. I contacted them because I had an item missing from my order and wanted them to send it to me. They send me a gift card instead of the order, so now I have to pay shipping again to get the item I wanted. Back to Bath & Body Works I go!!!!!!
