Their technical support wanted to install everything for me. However, my installation was on a remote client's PC that was not accessible. They gave me links and keys to complete the installation. It was seamless. Best of all, the pricing was great.

After purchasing my Microsoft Word for Office and Home, I realized I needed assistance installing it. I made a phone call and within a few minutes Jai returned my call. He patiently walked me through every step and within a few minutes I was completely ready to use my new program. This company has terrific customer service.

I have used MicroSoft Office for many, many years. I recently purchased a new computer and needed the MS Office software. While on the Internet the Gosoftware site popped up and it had just what I needed and at an excellent price. The download ran into a few hiccups, but I eventually was able to get it installed with the excellent guidance provided by emails and during the download process. I am more than happy!

I was having trouble loading the software on my new computer. They reached out to me asking if all had gone well and leaving a link to email or schedule a call, I emailed the service and was amazed at how quickly they got me up and going.

I was told I needed to uninstall a Microsoft download for their download link to work, which was not found in the control panel or anywhere else. I am tech savvy, so I had already taken most of these steps on my own. Microsoft had not been downloaded to my computer (I was able to install it when I visited the actual Microsoft website and without ANY issues). When I attempted to punch in the product key into office, it was unsupported (which was not surprising after tech support and email support was unhelpful, too.) When I was speaking to the tech support agent, he had a very thick accent and his connection was poor, so I could not understand most of what he was saying. I was offered a 65% refund after unsuccessfully getting this product installed and ready to use. Overall, I had an awful experience with this company.

Gosoftware tech help, Robert, helped me install new software (purchased from Gosoftware) to my computer. I had difficulty understanding him but we worked through the "language" barrier and all turned out to my satisfaction. In the event I need additional computer stuff I will look to Gosoftware to meet that requirement.

So far, my experience has been great. The number of offerings let me choose the one that gave me exactly what I needed, ensuring I didn’t pay for something I wouldn’t use. The pricing was also very competitive so I got exactly what I needed for the best price I could find. Finally, my one-time download was easy and the programs are working just as I’d hoped. I haven’t needed any product support yet, but if it’s as good as my experience thus far, I’ll be a repeat customer.

•RE: Gosoftware- I was having a hard time installing MS Office, probably an age-related cognitive issue on my part. I sent an email and got a reply in a matter of minutes. After that it was simple -- and successful. I am very pleased. •RE: MS Office- I've been a Mac user since 1984. MS Excel gets the job done for me, Apple Numbers does not. I use the software that best meets my needs. Excel isn't entirely intuitive, but it is the industry standard for as reason. •I used Windows at work, and we had enough issues with it that I wonder why it is the industry standard. I've had no problems with Mac since it moved to a BSD UNIX kernel underlying the Mac OS. There are many UNIX varieties to choose from, I don't know why Windows in the standard.
