“I want to begin with the experience of customer service it’s hard to find stores online that give you the service that Govvelo.com give you, they treated as a real customer and because that reason was the main one for me that make me buy the bicycle I want it I didn’t need any other bike On my collection but the way I was treated made me buy a new bike thank you Samantha for being so kind and knowledgeable on every question I had for you”

“The shopping experience and checkout/purchase were extremely easy. I like that they show what is actually in stock and available. I also like the slight discount for military and first responders.... That kid of support is hard to find these days, and it's the reason I purchased from here. I found the same bike I purchased at another retailer for the same total price, but I chose to spend my money with GovVelo because of their support for military and law enforcement. I have one gripe, which I didn't rate for....but for the kind of money I spent, it would be nice just to have an email or some communication to let me know how the bike build is going and when I can expect it to ship. It's been a few days and all I can see on the website under my order is "unfulfilled".”
