“I bought boot socks. They are too tight around my ankle, where ankle meets top of my foot, and too tight around my leg. Will not be buying anything from Grip6 again.”

“I never tried to return these socks but other than they are wool, which is nice, I totally hate them! I decided to buy the 6 pack of ankle socks. I opened 2 pair so I could wear, wash and wear again to try out. They are not worth the extra money I spent! There is no elasticity in the socks . They pull off of my feet when I pull off the shoes or when I pull off my pants. I can buy a lot of ankle socks at Walmart with what I paid for 6 pairs and be assured there will be elastic to keep them from falling off of my feet.”

“thought I ordered the over the calf socks but got short socks. The garison belt works for skinny men only. I have a little bit of a gut and fight to get it to work at all.”

“You can't get it as tight as you need to because of the design. Even after cutting it to the size I needed still couldn't get it tight enough.”

“I buy a grip6 jacket brown, but it not fit in my grip6 wallet ( I buy grip6 wallet when company first release). I contact costumer service and explain my problem, the answer was the jacket is for a new grip6 wallet and not for my old model, I replied why the company put a note make reference to was wallet is compatible, I not received any answer, now a have a grip6 jacket can’t use, very sad I like the product of gripe6 is excellent durability and made in USA.”

“Novel idea but it just doesn’t really work, I have the video pulled up and I mimic the motions but it just doesn’t tighten the way it does in the video. This is a belt, not a pre flight safety test. I don’t really feel like having to learn a new skill just to tighten my belt awkwardly.”

“I purchased about $250 worth of their socks. They claim to have a lifetime warranty on their products and will stand behind them with a "guarandamntee." Well 12-24 months later about half of the pairs have holes worn right through the heels. I've reached out 3 times by email, called 3 times but get a recording stating "caller does not have a voicemail set up" and I can't leave a message. I've also texted and still 3-4 weeks later I've not heard one word from this company's "customer service!" I hope now that I've had to resort to leaving a pitiful review on this company and their products maybe I'll get a response! I'm beyond dissatisfied with the bait and switch this company pulled.”

“Don't waste your money. The belts aren't as great as they advertise. The grip doesn't stay. My husband said it was sliding looser while he walked. Customer service is TERRIBLE! DONT USE THE TRY BEFORE YOU BUY OPTION! We wanted to do that because my husband is picky and they advertise no up front charges. I got charged right away and it took a week to get a response. They said the Try Now company charges an authorization charge and then refunds it right away to make sure the funds are there. I never got a refund and when I asked for one I got radio silence. Now, we are stuck with this belt that he hates. Waste of money.”

“Had an issue with my purchase. Wanted to talk to a human to help me pick correct size. No answer first 2 times. Left message, no return call. 3rd call, msg box full. Found adress online of company and sent belt to that address. Today received return label with different address than where I mailed belt. We'll see what happens.”
