“I own both the wool crew socks and the belt buckle with black webbing. I like both products probably the socks a tiny bit more than the belt. I’m giving five stars because there is no 4.5 stars I suppose nothings perfect in the world these are good products. I wish the socks had 5 to 10% more wool in them About the only thing keeping it from a true five-star would be the price; they’re pretty expensive but built America is worth a price!”

“Best belt I've ever tried, the best looking too! My previous favorite belt style was the same cinch-style but the belt end laid on top and didn't look nearly as nice. I wear two tools on each side of my body and I had to figure out a trick to keep the belt from slipping out and dropping my tools on the floor when I go to the bathroom. I ended up doing a quick loop around my belt loop with the free end so that it would stay "tied" in place when I unbutton my pants, works like a charm.”

“GRIP6 does things a little differently. I got a 3-pack, 2 belts and a wallet. My first reaction to both the belt and wallet was, "Well, I'm not sure about this". After a month, I'm sold. I got Forged Carbon Fiber buckle and the Uinta Gunmetal buckle. I didn't realize the carbon fiber buckle would come with a different belt material (Element webbing, I think), but I love it. The stiffer standard webbing with the Gunmetal buckle is good, too. I wear whichever I feel like day to day. How many belts does a man need? I kind of feel like collecting these, so I don't rightly know. At first, getting the belt on and tightened was a little awkward, but within a week it's as easy as they make it look in the videos. Coming from a ratchet-style belt whose buckle comes off the belt entirely every few days, this is a big step up. I love these belts! I'm not getting out a lot these days due to the pandemic, so the wallet hasn't been ridden as hard as the belts. It's slim, an improvement over my old traditional wallet. It holds enough cards for day-to-day, but not enough that I can throw everything in there all the time. Sorry, Costco card, I'm going to have to remember to grab you before heading on a supply run. It's worth the trade-off. Card access is fun and easy. Sure, it's a gimmick, but it's a functional gimmick. I can fit my laminated cards in the leather sleeve (insurance card, employee id) and as many bills as I'm likely to carry. I got the version with the loop, and wasn't sure how I'd feel about it. I'm glad I did, now. It's something to grab when I'm reaching for the wallet, and it's somehow reassuring to put my finger through it while I've got the wallet out, as well. I'll definitely be keeping an eye on Grip6 for new products. It's clear that a lot of effort went into designing these, and the execution of their vision is”

“I'm a 5'11" 280lb male with a muffin belly & a flat rear-end. Based on my research, I'm in the category most are complaining these belts don't work for. First purchase was the workman pro with the black flag buckle about a month ago. Due to it's 2" height, the ordered narrow belts & black flag buckle arrived last week. The Workman has worked very well and isn't showing signs of wear. At this time, I haven't used the narrow belts yet. These belts rely on friction to hold in place. Looping through the buckle and the badger grip end help on the belt side. Your waist line is the opposing force need to hold the belt. These belts need to be at the narrowest point of your waist or above your hips. The belt is lower in the front than in the back on me. For a good fit, suck in your gut as much as possible, and tightened down the belt and relax your gut. It should have enough of a hold to keep your pants above you're rear. These belts do hang differently than a hole & buckle belt would. As long as your pants don't drag and your rear is covered up life is good. If you regularly suck in your gut for work or other life's adventures (or have a flat back side), tighten the belt a bit more than normal to help keep it in place.”

It is very strong if someone is worried about that. “Best belt I’ve ever had! I love the simple functionality & the low profile of them. I have all the classic belts & a ton of the buckles which is great for mixing & matching. Recently I have switched over the the 1.75” work belt which I absolutely love. It’s a little bit more heavy duty. Would love to see more colors to both the belts & buckles, and eliminate the “work belt” writing on the buckles as these belts are capable of being worn for multiple uses. “I love my belts. I got a 1.5 and a 1.1 at the same time. I like my belts tight, and these belts definitly stay in place. They can be tricky to get tight and require a little effort/practice. The 1st time I tried to take one off was also interesting but you quickly learn the trick. I like the 1.1 much better than the 1.5 because it is more comfortable when sitting. Even though it is an extremely low profile belt I can still feel the width of the belt when sitting down, probably because of the extra weight in my stomach. The 1.1 is also much easier to cinch down and take off. They sell that size as the woman's belt but don't be turned off. It rocks particularly with a pair of dress pants more so than the wider belt. The only thing that I could ask for to make these belts better would be for more colored straps. I would love a 1.1 belt in bright green or purple or yellow or anything fluorescent. Hey Grip 6, If you decide to put out any of those additional colors I'll buy them all. If you don't want to commit to crazy colors long term then start doing a seasonal line that are limited time only. I would gladly buy a crazy color strap every 3 months.”

“Love Grip6. I show off my stuff every chance I get. I like the regular webbing for comfortable everyday. The midweight for at work. The Element webbing to me is the happy medium of the two. Sturdy plus comfort. For the wallets, I love the loop. I like the leather sleeve but found it snags on my back pocket sometimes. I usually go without the leather sleeve.
