“The metal comb that was advertised as wahl, unfortunately wasn't, it's a universal one. Fortunately I've just bought a heiniger clipper and it fits that. The price is very good, as well as free postage.”

“I've been using Groomers World for a while now and I love their bandanas. My only reason for 4 stars is the customs fees and advertising on amazon but not stocking the amazon store. I do wish that the amazon shop was still available as the customs fees to Ireland are ridiculous (almost 50% of what the products cost). Also if ordering more than 2 or 3 items it's sent in multiple packages instead of one package and one customs charge.”

“Very good delivery. Turned up very quick on a pallet. The only thing that stops me from giving 5 star is underneath the table top middle is mdf so it looks like a big slab of mdf covered in waterproofing as the table top middle is removable. Only over time hair does tend to stick to wood. Wouldn’t be so fussy if both top and bottom was waterproofed other than that it’s a really very well put together table”

“I bought a replacement tubing for a dog drier. Unfortunately due to my drier being a very old model the tubing was the wrong size. An email was answered on a Sunday and the return was very easy with the refund occurring promptly. Good service”

“So far, so good. Would be better if the shampoo included being effective on Ticks as well as Fleas and Mites. Also, would like to have a choice of a smaller amount as one gallon is a lot of shampoo for two Shih Zu's”

“I ordered an electric grooming table from here a few weeks ago. It arrived very quickly & was well packaged. I love it… it will definitely be easier for dogs to get on & off it & for my back. Expensive but worth every penny! Would definitely recommend.”

“Update Groomers World have kindly been in touch with me direct. They have tried to track my parcel through Royal Mail but with no luck. They have sent me out a replacement parcel and will track item to ensure it arrives with me. Great customer service to resolve my issue, which it seems is due to Royal Mail and not Groomers World. Thank you!”
