I purchased a double bed Orthopedic Mattress 7000 count Med to Firm. It is the best Mattress I have ever bought.. Very deep.. and the price Fantastic @ £159. Was delivered when stated. I would recommend this item 100%

Ordered 2 of an item, only 1 came. Did a live chat with them and they refunded the whole purchase price and I could keep the 1 item. Not sure if redeeming the refund will be simple but going on their performance so far, I have high expectations.

Went to web site they gave me and they had order form with original price with no space to put any codes in.

I bought 2 Holland wardrobes and 1 bedside cabinet 2 wks ago from Groupon. Delivery was great came in 2 days. The bedside cabinet not so great. It is soaking up moisture from the bottom and the veneer is peeling I don't know how it's soaking up moisture when my bedroom is bone dry but now I know they're not worth the money.

I realized immediately that it was not right and contacted Groupon who flat out refused to refund my money or help in ANY WAY.

I don't understand why people are complaining about this issue (refund policies are always in clear writing) and not backing it up with the assistance of aforementioned service companies.

I have tried to access my account and, for some reason, it has stopped bringing up my icon to enable me to scroll down to which service I need.

I have used Groupon for a few years now and have always been happy with my purchases. However just before the lockdown I could not order , the purchases would not go through . I got in touch with them they offered me a few solutions one of which did the trick .i was very happy with there customer service as they seemed genuinely concerned about my issues with the order.
