“Often in our building there is a strong smell of cannabis in the corridors.
A resident is continually opening windows and leaving the french doors of the lounge which is accessible to the street open-all night in the lounge .We have a secure entry to come in but this makes the building vulnerable for outsiders to come in.
Since I have lived here l have threatened twice once by a resident and once by a guest of a resident.
The housing officer just looks blank at me when l have mentioned it and her comments are theirs not a lot l can do.

“They didn't I got my keys for my new flat last Tuesday I've been waiting for my phob to get in and out with for last 8 days I've had to rebook removal van because of this issue.
