"Disgrace and no regards for anyone\u2019s mental health whilst they are constantly inconsistent on every level in most departments. Complaints are not dealt with correctly and they gaslight you till you just either submit or leave. As they do, log and record every time you have contact with this company and seek legal advice. You\u2019ll find all reviews on the internet are negative re this company and the proof is in the fact that the complaints team normally have 20 days to but are now asking you to give them 40 days as they are \u201coverwhelmed\u201d their words not mine!"

Colleen didn\u2019t give a toss and hardly responded. As long as they get rent they don\u2019t care \r\nAnd the junkie neighbour gets away with everything. Police always at his flat \r\n\r\nMy advice.
