“I was on the waiting list for several weeks for a Yamaha guitar and was not given a delivery time after 8 weeks or so, I gave up and bought a Taylor AD24ce for £1300. I also purchased a fender telecaster for around £800 and an amplifier for about £130 so in total around £2,200.
After 10 weeks I was not getting on with the guitar it played beautifully but I did not like the satin finish.
I emailed guitarguitar and asked if I could trade it towards the purchase of a new guitar. As it was as new hardly used I expected to lose about £350 on the trade in and I would spend probably another £600 in store to get what I wanted. But I was offered £720 and told there was no flexibility. I have bought guitars from them for years and to offer around £600 less than I paid for a good as new guitar was shocking. I know I would have to lose but around 45% is ridiculous as I have been using them for years and I was going to spend another £600.
I will not be going back there ever again as I am a pensioner and loyalty and spending my money in there means nothing to them. I am very disappointed in the customer service.
Kind Regards
Tom”

“Promised the Saturday delivery but messed up the order and would deliver on Monday instead. Also, the website says next day deliveries if ordered before 4pm, but it should say next Working Day deliveries, which is a scam.”
