“This was my first encounter with Gun Dock.com and this will NOT be my last! For me the product had a great price but usually when a product has a great price the item is not available. Not at Gun Dock... the item was available for purchase. The sight was really helpful indicating what local vendors in my area that were registered with them as a FFL. This expedited the process. I ordered on a Sunday, my item shipped on Wednesday/picked up on Thursday... ALL GOOD! It arrived in town on Saturday but weapons are delivered week days only soooooo I had to wait until Monday. None the less the amount of time on my total transaction with Gun Dock was excellent.
I read most of all of the previous reviews and if you read mine you will know... this is a good business to deal with. Thank you Gun Dock!!!”
“Ordered a new KAHR P380 because their price was the best I found online. When I received it, there was significant blemish all over the slide.
I used the Gun Dock’s contact form to write them about it to see what they’d do and they never responded. I ended up contacting KAHR myself and sending it off to them.
After showing them the photos, KAHR said they NEVER would have let a gun out of their factory in that condition and have no idea what happened to it from the time it left them, till the time I received it.
1 star for selling a beat up new gun and for not responding to my message I sent using their contact form.”
“Great price on an item that said in stock. After 5 days or so I emailed inquiring on status. Not long after I received an email stating the item was out of stock and my card was refunded. Better communication would have made me feel better about the situation.”
“This was my first purchase with GunDock. The pricing was good, but the shipping was slower than promised. It arrived in great shape and I am pleased overall.”
“This was my first purchase with Gun Dock, I half to admit the price of my new pistol was better than the larger stores prices. They shipped to my selected FFL dealer and I picked it up in 3 days. Very pleased with Gun Dock and will add then into my browser's favorite folder.”
“I purchased a firearm from the Gun Dock via Gunbroker. They had the best price I could find on the particular firearm I purchased. The process was simple and I received my firearm very quickly. Thanks again for the excellent service.”
“I called Gun Dock and asked a couple questions, the representative answered quickly and truthfully…. I placed my order online as he said to do. My firearm arrived promptly and as advertised. Good experience overall, no complaints.”
