“Happy with the service in all Elaine and Tara were very good at what they done in the Liverpool office but not enough information step by step was given especially financially and what’s the point in asking u to follow your case on website when no one updates it and don’t tick stuff like paperwork off when I brought it to Elaine’s attention she said I’m not in charge of IT .. you can’t follow the progress of your case if there nothing on there dissatisfied with that to be honest .. emails are not always replied to .. chasing stuff .. lack of answers to questions”
