“We have just completed our Equity Release programme. Our expert from the start of the process was Darren Cohen, who I must say was outstanding through every aspect. His professionalism was first class. He made two visits to our property, arrived on time and guided us through the process as far as timelines etc were concerned. He kept us informed of all the next steps along the way. Please pass on our sincere thanks to him for the seamless way in which the matter was dealt with.
