“I went with GW legal to keep under one umbrella so to speak & was certainly not disappointed. I was kept informed at every stage , never had to ask what was going on ( which from experience was a very pleasant change !! ) . All dealt with & explained very professionally. “We decided to opt for GWlegal on the advice of Age Partnership. They were experienced at Equity Release and we found their explanations clear and helpful, if a little over-the-top in paper quantity. Ultimately they checked our record with Trinity Management, who answered the queries, perhaps slowly, and GW accepted what they said. The final payment arrived promptly in my bank. Thank you.”

“All went smoothly until the company solicitor failed to recognise my degree absolute.. insisting it was the nisi. I had several stressful weeks trying to get a copy of the absolute including having to ask my ex husband after ten years of no contact my last straw until embarrassingly he was the one who explained that I had the absolute. I then had to explain to yourselves word by word for you to agree. I found this a very stressful period.”
