“you would have thought it was GWlegal paying me and Not me paying good money for a third rate service on three occasions I sent emails asking for information/help for me to be ignored on every occasion I also left two voice mails with no reply , at the end of the mortgage information was only given to me when prompted by myself , GWlegal had my balance and promised to wing it to me the next day to which it is now 1225 pm and no sign of my money , my only regret is not using a local firm that would have also charged me considerably less”

“In the end worked well but to start very disappointed, had appointment with Linda at 10-12 but she didn’t arrive I phoned her only to be told she was sick not letting me know ,then phone call from you to say someone would be with me at 2.30 ok after that but I had stayed in all day waiting.”
