“The Solicitor that visited me was professional & easy to deal with, in fact all staff iI spoke towers pleasant & professional However, the initial call to book the appointment & advise me of the next steps should have provided more comprehensive information about the next steps. It would be helpful , if, on that initial introductory call, I had been advised: * All the necessary paperwork I would need to provide. Because I was a cash buyer for my present home, I need to provide completion letters for this property & my prior property for proof money laundering not involved. * My granddaughter needed to sign a form releasing any tenancy rights. At the time the pack, she was away and I did not open her letter as addressed to her. It was only when I contacted my Case Handler that I was told an independent Solicitor had to witness the form being signed”
