“Communication was very poor. I was encouraged to leave an email instead of calling the office and that a member of staff would reply in due course. Never received a reply and 5 days later I had to call the office which I should have done. Now left hanging not knowing when the money will be in our account?”

“GW were efficient and lowkey. Like a good football referee they went about their business with skill and without antagonising the crowd or the players. “GW Legal eventually completed our house purchase, but it seemed to take a lot of work from our end. Repeated emails went unanswered for weeks; when responses did come they were barely legible; simple instructions seemed to get lost in translation; colleagues in the same department gave us contradictory advice. The whole process gave me the impression they just didn't really care.”
