“If there was an option to leave 0 stars, I would. Elaine Beamish is completely inflexible and incapable of understanding that I am paying her and that isn't a favour she is doing. She does not accept scanned signatures (in contravention with Law Soc and HMG rules) and is totally useless. So are her staff. Your delays have resulted in me having to have my mortgage offer extended and I am afraid I may now miss the new deadline. Please call me on 07391-408245 Andrew Pinto”
