“Fast, focused and friendly. Mortgage management is always stressful. However, I was reassured by the team that I was in efficient hands from day one. “The GW legal web site is in my opinion very easy to use once registered as a user. I was using them as the solicitors for my equity release, once registered my case was at all times throughout the process available to view and up to date, clear details of the stages of the process were laid out and upon completion of each stage the date was recorded, thus allowing me to monitor the stages of the process. I could not fault GW's process, I would certainly not hesitate to use them again.”

“Did what had to be done but I noticed that when Clare phoned me she never left a voicemail to call her back and when I rang her back (seeing the missed call on my phone) I always had to leave a message for her to call me back. Clare never answered my call when I actually rang”
