“Jake was very helpful and Sheena kept me updated as and when required l. Very pleased with the service and at present I am just waiting for the third party insurer to make the payment to GW Legal. The only thing I would say is I would have liked the ATE insurance to have been delayed so I could have chosen to opt out once I knew they had admitted full liability. Thank you for your kind assistance throughout!”

“I tried to make a complaint over the phone, and was told to put it in writing to the head of the department by Fiona Telford. I wrote to the head of the equity release department On the 7th of March. Sending it signed for delivery it was received on the 9th of March. Even after two phone calls I still haven’t Had a reply.”
