“I was a little unsure about dealing with legal issues purely over the telephone as opposed to a personal meeting, but everything undertaken was done so in a very professional manner, with questions answered promptly. I did have a solicitor visit me to go through my application for equity release, and this too was undertaken with no issues. So all in all a very satisfactory experience and outcome.”

“I was recommended by Age Partnership to use one of their recommended Solicitors and it made the whole transactrion very easy. Having been given a time of 6-8 weeks for completion, it was all arranged in 2 weeks. I was kept updated throughout this period and everything seemed to go through with ease. I would make one comment. In the letter about gifting when you detail the Nil Rate Band and gfting allowances, you make no mention of Residential NRB, currently £175,000 which can be added to my own £325,000 and the amount transferred from my late husband.”
