“Hi there GWlegal. I/We Mr. P H Ockenden and Mrs B J Ockenden decided to take the equity from our house by means of a "Lifetime Mortgage" We wanted to arrange this with a reputable company. We chose GWlegal as they have an excellent background as a trustworthy company. I must add that the complete procedure from start to finish was dealt with in a very professional manner. “Seemed easy enough to deal with but at times the information could be more clear. On multiple times the information asked was not easy to understand unless you are familiar with legal advice. When asking questions they were answered reasonably quickly but I felt I had to ask unnecessary questions as the information was not clear to understand.”

“A very good service. Kathryn who rearranged her weekend to see us and Emma in the office were efficient and understanding of our particular circumstances. We did however find the Unencumbered Form rather irritating as this information had already been passed to our advisor when making the application. Other than that, all fine.”
