“Dear Clare I would appreciate if you would please pass this message on to both your line manager and department head, perhaps a senior partner as well. I am extremely grateful to you, for how you have dealt with my case. It has been very challenging and traumatic, in great part due to other solicitors, who have behaved in an arrogant, unhelpful and high-handed manor. As you were aware this required us to reset the approach and essentially start again with organising the balance to be paid with my partner Maggie. “We have given a POOR rating as we feel there was a distinct lack of communication from GWlegal. We feel we were not kept up to date with what was happening with the process, the process we feel was not carried out in a timely manner e.g. it appeared that we had to sign the same document several times as it repeatedly became out of date before the process was completed. Due to the process taking approximately 9-10 months the interest rate has been raised before the completion date and a second survey had to be done.”
