“Very happy with the service from GWlegal particularly from Alexandra Spragg and David Madams who were helpful, professional and courteous. I am particularly grateful to David for asking the other party's solicitors to get the completion date arranged as soon as possible after his home visit which helped me a lot and helped to make up for the less than ideal customer service I had experienced with the mortgage brokers.”

“whilst I am sure you did your part to satisfaction , the downside is your complete and frustrating lack of communication during the process .Promises to "ring you back and we will pass a message on" were never done , we had to get information (any)through Age Partnership who had to prompt you to do so. A poor state of affairs to do any business at all .”

“I found GW legal very poor. Always giving the impression that they were representing The Equity Release Company, NOT US. How they justify £1000 for repetative contracts, I do not know. The Equity Release Co. said they would be similar to my local Solicitor..who quoted £595 !! I asked GW to query why The ER company had put the interest rates up to 3.2% from 2.8% ASSURING ME THEY GOT THE BEST RATE ON THE OPEN MARKET. I then discovered others WHO KNEW MY CIRCUMSTANCES COMPLETELY WOULD HAVE CHARGED "WELL UNDER 3%" GW SAID CONTACT THEM YOURSELF... Use your own Solicitor folks. Terry Sweatmore.”
