“Very helpful. My wife did not have a driving license or a current passport so it was very difficult to provide alternative ID and proof of residency but we managed it in the end with their help.”

“Agent who was due to visit to witness signatures etc texted to say he’d been excessively delayed and would arrive some hours later. This wasn’t convenient so he made a further appointment for over a week later. Again got a text to say excessively delayed! I find this unacceptable especially in light of the fact that I’d altered appointments to ensure I was available. I did mention it and would have expected a gesture to offset the inconvenience.”

“All completed in time . ( equity release mtge ) I wrote a few messages to GW in the portal and didn’t receive any reply and therefore had to go back to the Mrtge Advisor for news. The advisor updated and said it was progressing on time which is absolutely true . The email system therefore did better than the portal at the end of the day for all parties . I’m very patient and hyper efficient with paper work( send wtithinh a day I’d anything needed ) so it’s not important .I always assume it’s being dealt with I just get concerned when I don’t hear . Many thanks anyway Shane McCoubrey”
