“guess it is necessarily "complicated" and it was. very thorough investigation and explanations. password resetting and complication was a "nuisance," is it necessary to be that paranoic? documentation was good and detailed.”

“Generally efficient with good communications. However, during processes involved, Jarred did not keep a telephone meeting with us & we were ready & waiting. Despite his excuse, he did not leave a telephone message either. For registration of Title Deeds, disappointed not to be given a copy to see beforehand, as had expected this. We communicated by telephone plus email at all times.”
