But with 30 years in the conveyancing game, there aren't many things we haven't experienced and successfully overcome! This is recognised by our CQS accreditation and CA membership. Whether you are buying or selling a property, or even doing both, the team of solicitors and legal experts at GWlegal are here to make your conveyancing experience run smoothly and efficiently. Unfortunately the reality was quite different! - We could not access our 24/7 GW Purchase Account (despite raising this issue very early on) and my 24/7 GW Sale Account was never kept up to date - as good as useless. - We had numerous unanswered queries / questions - they just seemed to drift on - We received very few unprompted updates - only when we pushed - The only calls we received were at the end of the process when Kellie took over our files - to be fair Kellie worked really hard to help push things over the line The costs were in line with the original quotes but overall a very average service.”
