“I had previously read some poor reviews on Trustpilot and initially had some reservations. However the reviews were wrong in every respect. We were kept informed as to progress at every stage, and everything which was promised was completed on time. I found Alex Burns to be very professional, efficient, and friendly in my conversations with him. In addition he was very patient and understanding in explaining the process to someone who is deaf and had an ear infection. I will be placing a suitable review on Trustpilot. Ian Gallagher”

“Unfortunately, my experience with GWlegal was not good, my first case manager was aloof and slow to respond to queries, and when she did reply the emails were often surly and unhelpful. Despite chasing on a regular basis, pointing out the deadline was fast approaching etc my first mortgage offer expired and subsequently the new offer was a considerably lower capital amount at a much higher interest rate. Having said that, my case was seemingly given to another team member after the new mortgage offer appeared and that was dealt with efficiently and in a more professional manner.”
