“Absolute cowboy company and I am in the process of reporting them to Trading Standards.
Took my money more than a week ago and I have heard absolutely nothing from them about my order even being dispatched let alone delivery date! Emailed them in several occasions and heard nothing back.
Quick to take your money but not quick to provide the items. Very bad customer service, no contact number to call as they don’t even have a call centre. Stay clear of them”
“They are useless even when sales period that they will be busier and should get better. They not just that but TERRIBLE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE as they don't get back to their customers ! There is no phone number to ring because of the amount of complaints they would get and yet nobody is brave enough to get back to you. I am still waiting for my package after 3 weeks of purchasing and I don't know if I am going to get it at all

iv emailed them numerous times with no reply the phone number just says there busy due to black friday sale and cuts off placed my order well over 10 days ago and still have t received it even though i let them know i need it for my holiday next week
iv used this company loads of times before but will not be using them again !!!”
“Wouldn't even give them one star. Placed an order at the beginning of November have friends who ordered after me and they have received theirs. Have emailed them on numerous occasions and messaged them on social media. Have not received any response. Complete joke. Especially after spending so much money. Never ordering from them ever again!!!”

Had to pay £30 through Klarna for items I haven’t got. Return is PO Box which leaves you without a signed for proof of return.”

One item needed to be exvhanged but gym king dont offer that option instead force you to shell out again and return the original item. Return label completed and returned tje same day a week prior to xmas. Suprise suprise it's the end of January and after chasing where my refund is, they state they havent received it! How convenient! I'm just glad value was only £14.99!”
“Charged £3.50 for shipping and then realised I have to pay for returns at my own cost so another £3.20 so £6.70 to buy try an item, won’t be ordering again”

“Not all of my items came and when I finally got in contact with gym king they said I need to contact the courier when gym king are the ones who are liable I will never order from gym king again and seeing all of the reviews I have no clue how they are still in business.”
