Really disappointed after years of using this company for every occasion I had an eternity ring snap after 14 months and it would cost £89 to fix.. the sad thing is we ordered an O and the one they sent was the wrong size and too small but they were out of stock then so it had to be stretched and has snapped after just over a year. I have always recommended them but we were dismiss without even a sorry about that.

Your quality of jewellery is terrible you put pictures on your online website and they look good but once you get them it's severe disappointment I will never purchase from you again

I ordered a gents watch online from H.Samuel on a Monday. I was informed by H.Samuel and their DX courier that the watch would arrive on Thursdsy. I sat in all day Thursday, but DX did not arrive. I was then told Friday, I sat in agsin but they did not arrive. The same for the Saturday and the following Monday. I could then see on thr DX Tracking that thr item was in DX Storage. I contacted H Samuel and explained that the £179 watch was for a birthday gift, and wanted to cancel the item, as their DX courier kept letting me down and I had to buy a gift at a local store. H Samuel refused to give a refund until they received the item back ftom THEIR courier, even though H Samuel informed me that they had been enquiring with the courier to return the item, and that it was indeed still in storage. I explained to H Samuel the problem between them and their courier should not be to the detriment of the customer. A few days later I eventually received my refund. I'll never be ordering online ftom H Samuel again when they use a terrible courier like this.

You might like to up date your website I phoned the hastings branch to get my ears pierced only to be told by a rude man dont do that anymore and just put the phone down I think he was lacking in customers service

My now husband brought my engagement ring last year today the stone has fell out I have no idea where the stone is I am so careful I always take my ring off before cleaning I am heartbroken it's got insurance I just hope they can fix it for me

Gave my wife's engagement ring in to get cleaned,£20 for it, on the collection day, a lady from the slough branch rang me and said they wanted to do a more thorough clean and polish and the ring was going to the workshop or something like that, i said i don't understand why it's getting sent there, she talks fast again and also says i will get a refund so i said ok. on the next collection day i went to pick it up, the lady gave me the ring and straight away it looked like a diamond was missing, on closer inspection there was one missing and i was angry by now because how can they send a cleaned/polished ring back and not double check the ring is in perfect condition? the lady apologised and said i would get an extra 1yr warranty so we will see if i get that. As of right now i'm still waiting for the ring. Overall this is a very bad experience and probably won't buy from them again

Ring we ordered was nice, good price and nice design. Next day ‘free’ delivery took over a week as the driver couldn’t find the property, not an issue as a simple call should sort this. The problem came when we tried to contact DxDelivery who seem to work minimal hours in the office and don’t answer the phone when you do call in ‘work hours’, making redelivery a bit of an issue. After three days of trying to contact DxDelivery and an e-mail to H Samuel customer services still unanswered, we called H Samuel customer services direct who although a bit stroppy, were able to get through to DxDelivery and relay delivery instructions. Although it’s not entirely the fault of H Samuel, the experience was very tedious and maybe they should reconsider the courier they use rather than trying to hide reviews on their site raising concerns. Although I guess H Samuel are at the budget end of the jewellery market so perhaps it’s to be expected.
